Decoded: If You Want to be Sexier

The band Decoded asked me to help with creating album art for their upcoming EP. At the time, Decoded was made up of 4 women and the singer, Derek. The lyrics in “If You Want to be Sexier” sounded like a magazine cover to me, so I ran with that idea for this cover. I drew each of the band members, arranged them on the cover and then used lines from the songs as headlines around them. They had already chosen the colors they wanted to use, so I stuck to that theme with the colors on this cover, as well as for “Hello Hipster.”
